the front desk staff offered prompt service upon my arrival i found the provided information helpful. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower this design improved convenience. the hotel featured an indoor pool i used it daily for relaxation

high class hospitality large pool amazing staff
Resul showed high class hospitality. The pool had good size and was useful. I found the rooms useful. The staff was amazing also.

lovely staff nice calling short curtain noticeable noise
gamze, buse, and other staff members were lovely. they checked on you by calling. it was nice.

a mixed bag, some positives, some letdowns

poor service unexpected charge
the room was clean enough , good.
The service felt off. The staff didn't greet or even look at you many times. it hardly was like a five-star experience because of this. also, they charge for a water bottle even they said it was free, strange and a bit annoying.
